Updated Town of Westford Resource Guide
We have created this guide to assist Westford residents in accessing resources and support services. Residents are always welcome to come to Town Social Services/Senior Outreach Coordinators, School Counselors, or Wellness Staff for support. However, this provides a means for residents to help themselves if they are more comfortable doing so. Please understand that this guide is not all-inclusive of topics or of agencies. Inclusion does not imply a recommendation or endorsement of the listed services. We have tried to include the topics most relevant to our clients and the resources that are geographically closest to Westford. If there are areas that you would like to see covered that are not currently, please notify the Wellness Coordinator or Social Worker. Please click here to access the guide: Westford Resource Guide
