The Westford Health Department requires that all temporary food events that are open to the public be reviewed and permitted. An application for a
Temporary Food Permit must be submitted to the Health Department for review at least two weeks prior to the event. Please note that a Certified Food Protection Manager may be required in some instances to oversee safe food preparation
