Employee Benefits

Premium changes effective 11/1/2025 are as follows:

Permanent employees who work 20 or more hours per week are benefit eligible

Health & Dental:

• Health Insurance: 7%
• Dental Insurance: 5% (3rd year of rate cap (7%) and new product bundling reduced increase by 2%)

Ancillary lines of Coverage: 

• STD: 0% 
• LTD: 0%
• Life Insurance – Supplemental: 0%
• Life Insurance – Town $10K & Retiree: 0%  

IMPORTANT ENROLLMENT/CHANGE FORM SUBMITTAL INFORMATION:

Completed forms can be scanned to the below email addresses: 

-Town Employees: openenrollment-town@westfordma.gov

-School employees: openenrollment-school@westfordk12.us.

*Please include in the subject line: Open Enrollment - last name, first name*

Forms may also be interofficed to Human Resources at Town Hall and Central Office/Millennium.

TO CANCEL YOUR EXISTING COVERAGE:

Fill out the applicable coverage enrollment form and write on the top, "Cancel effective 11/1/25", sign, and scan to the above appliable open enrollment email address, interoffice, or drop off at Human Resources.
