Beginning on February 12, 2026, the Town of Westford will be utilizing a lockbox service for excise tax payments through Leader Bank. Residents might notice that their excise tax bills will have ‘Town of Westford, P.O. Box 848244, Boston, MA 02284’ printed on the remit copy, rather than the address of Town Hall. If you choose to mail your bill stub and check, this is where it will be sent to. This will help us process your payments more efficiently. You are always welcome to send your bills to us directly at the Westford Town Hall, drop them off in person or at our drop box, or utilize our online payment system at: https://epay.cityhallsystems.com/.
