Winter’s a perfect time for Games Galore for ages 9-12.
Improve athleticism, while still having FUN, with amazing instruction from DJ BROCK, of IMPACT Speed & Agility. January 8 - February 12. This program gets children moving during the winter months AND helps them become better athletes through competitive sports games and races.
Plus, DJ is running Field Speed, for ages 13-18!
Field speed makes the difference, all sports require it – especially field sports. Athletes gain breakaway speed in a high-energy team environment as they prepare for spring soccer, football, and lacrosse.
