Founder Susanne Duato from Thrive Health & Wellness Inc. is returning by popular demand to offer her 7 week nutrition and wellness program to members of the community. Susanne is a Certified integrated nutrition health coach and personal trainer with over 20 years’ experience working with individuals seeking to learn and implement ways to live a healthier life. However, to achieve optimal health and wellness this program will seek to broaden your definition of “healthy” beyond the food on your plate to include ways of nourishing your mind and spirit. The program includes weekly themed presentations, course materials and lively group discussion along with private check-in calls with the instructor. The cost of the entire 7 week program is $30. This class offers body conditioning and endurance training using various intensities. An exercise “circuit” is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. This eight week session will be starting again the first week in April. Exercise level: Intermediate to advanced.

4 Week Session Resuming Tuesday, October 8th at 5:15-6:00 p.m.
Join us for a 4-week session to learn some fun beginner-level line dances. You will learn the basic steps and start dancing to all genres of music, from Country to Blues, Motown, Funky, Latin, Irish, Swing and Top 40. You don’t need a partner or dance experience, just some comfortable sneakers and a love for movement and fun. It’s great exercise on a level anyone can enjoy. $20 for residents and $25. for non residents. Register quickly for this program because there is a limit of 15 folks, 978-592-5523.
