If you’ve been upstairs at the CSC on Thursday’s, you’ve likely encountered the Bridge Group. The group was born over a year ago when Siulam Lee volunteered to teach a fellow ping-pong player the game of bridge. Gradually additional CSC bridge players joined the group. Thanks to the support of Katy and the CSC which purchased duplicate bridge supplies, there is now a weekly duplicate game. The game welcomes players of varying levels and follows relaxed rules. Since many of the players are still novices or just returning to bridge after many years, bidding meanings and advice are openly discussed at the table. While there is no lesson at these games, Siulam is an ACBL certified bridge director and he is available to answer questions. The games are held every Thursday from 3:30 to 5:30 in the card room.
This class offers body conditioning and endurance training using various intensities. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. This eight week session will be staring again in April. Instructor:Allison Hillman
