How do I appeal a real property tax?
Application forms are available from the Board of Assessors during regular business hours, or can also be downloaded from the internet at the Department of Revenues website.

Applications must be received by the Board of Assessors by February 1st of the current fiscal year, after the 3rd quarter (January 1st) bill is mailed. For more information, please visit the Massachusetts Department of Revenues website.
