Coping with Covid-19 for People Over Age 60

Tune into Westford CAT on June 24th at 11AM. Alison Christopher, LICSW will be interviewing Rachel Movitz PsyD. Dr. Movitz is a Licensed Psychologist and Specialist in Geropsychology and Geriatric Neuropsychology, with a private practice in Westford. She received her doctorate in psychology from William James College in 2003 and has been specializing in work with older adults throughout her career. She is especially interested in supporting older adults during significant life stressors and transitions. She frequently integrates mindfulness and positive psychology approaches into her work. Join us and hear what she has to say about navigating the significant challenges of this pandemic.
