For residents who cannot work or who have lost income, Mass.gov is the best resource for up-to-date information about benefit programs and financial relief related to Covid-19.


Unemployment benefits:

https://mass.gov.orgs/department-of-unemployment-assistance has updates and links to all covid-19 specific unemployment benefits and how to apply. As direction comes from the Federal Government, it will be added, so keep checking this site.


Housing assistance:

www.mass.gov/info-details/covid-19-dhcd-website this has all of the updated protections offered under new legislation re: housing and prevention of housing loss amidst the Covid-19 crisis.


SNAP, Transitional Assistance benefit information:

https://www.mass.gov/info-details/dta-covid-19-frequently-asked-questions this has updated information about qualifying for SNAP and TAFDC and how to apply while offices are closed.
