Stress Management and Healthy Eating. How You Can Help Reduce Stress Through Proper Eating.

Sometimes the daily grind can create stress on our bodies. Whether it is work, or school, or deadlines or keeping up with our family’s lives, stress sometimes can creep in! While stress can manifest itself in many forms, there ways we can help fight it! Exercise, sleep, proper eating too. Please join Cheryl Major, a Certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant for a night of important information on stress reduction through healthy eating.
