Learn about upcoming programs such as:


For Adults

Aikido at Mill City; Adult and Child Archery; Badminton; Cardio and Fitness Fun; CPR, AED, and First Aid; Qi Gong and Tai Chi; Nitehawks – Couch to 5K Cross-Country (NEW); and Volleyball.


For Youth 

Nitehawks Track and Field: Fall, Winter, and Elite (NEW) programs; Impact Speed & Agility with D.J. Brock; and Junior Volleyball for Girls (NEW).


For Squirts

No-Bake Cooking for Little Chefs; Soccer for Tiny-Tots; Soccer for Pre-K/Kindergarten; and FitPlay with Cassa Health (NEW).

Tennis with Marcus Lewis for Adults, Youth, and Squirts:

All levels are served at Stony Brook Middle School Courts as part of the Marcus Lewis Extension Program. Offerings include three FREE Adult and Junior “Try Tennis” classes for those who have had no formal tennis instruction.


Golf with Seth Dichard for Adults, Youth, and Squirts: 

Seth Dichard, a Top 100 Instructor by the World Golf Teachers Federation and a Certified USGTF Master Teaching Professional, was recently recognized by Golf Digest and New England Golf Monthly as one of the best teachers in New England.


Westford Partnership for Children (WPC) Updates:

A Parks & Recreation sponsored After School Enrichment Program that has served eight Westford Public Schools for over fifteen years. WPC provides a safe, stimulating, and fun environment for children in grades K-8, Monday through Friday, from school dismissal until 5:45 p.m. Visit westfordrec.com to learn more about WPC.
