Title V (Septic) Inspection

If you are having your septic system inspected, your system inspector will be required to provide the Board of Health with your water use records for the past 2 years. These records can be obtained by calling the Water Department at 978-692-5529.

When you call, please have the following information available:
  • Address of the property
  • Name of the Title V system inspector
  • Email address or fax number of the system inspector
The water use records will be emailed (or faxed) to the system inspector.

You may also submit Title V water use requests by email. Please send an email that contains all of the required information listed above to any of the Water Department Staff.
