In accordance with the provisions of General Bylaws Section 147.5.B, the Planning Board of the TOWN OF WESTFORD will hold a public hearing on proposed Amendments to the Westford Planning Board Rules & Regulations for Stormwater Management (“Rules & Regulations”) as described below. The Planning Board public hearing will open on Monday, June 7, 2021, at a meeting starting at 7:30 p.m. via webinar.
The complete text of the proposed Amendments to the Rules & Regulations is available at the Permitting Department in Town Hall, 55 Main Street, during normal business hours (8 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday to Friday). The proposed amendments are also available for download on the Town of Westford website at https://www.westfordma.gov/294/Planning-Board. The Town of Westford is subject to the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Small Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4 Permit). or join the meeting at the time and date designated above via remote access (phone or internet).
