Current Planning and Zoning Projects

The matters below are currently before the Planning Board and the Zoning Board of Appeals. Clicking on the link will bring you to a project page for that item. As more information comes in, be it new plans, review from other departments, or abutter comments, they will be added to the project page.
The Planning Board and ZBA welcomes receiving public input about projects - interested parties can provide written letters of comment which will become part of the official case file for the Boards, call and/or stop into the office with questions, and/or attend a public meeting. The files are available for viewing in the Land Use Management Department on the second floor of Town Hall.
Please feel free to comment if you don't have objections to a project in your neighborhood, or if you support a project. If 499 people don't have any objection, but don't voice it, and one person does, and they do, the Board will only hear that one objection.
All projects resolved will be moved to the bottom so you can look up past project information.
Each project reviewed is given a Case Number. This number is to aid in the quick look up of projects. There is a key located at the bottom of the page.
The Boards and staff welcome any comments on the cases before the Boards. To submit comments or to ask questions about any of the cases, contact Rebecca Cheney at firstname.lastname@example.org or Josh Chase at email@example.com. You can also stop by during normal business hours.
