Voter Registration Deadline
for the November 4th Presidential Election is
Wednesday, October 15, 2008, 8:00PM
The Town Clerk’s Office currently at 23 Depot St (behind Abbot School) will be open until 8:00pm on Wednesday.
Check your status online at www.westfordma.gov/voter, email: townclerk@westfordma.gov or call us at 978-692-5515 if you need to verify your current status as a voter. Once you have registered to vote at your address and return the town census annually, you
remain on the voter list and do not need to re-register.
If you are 17 but will be 18 on or before November 4th, then you need to register to vote by October 15th in order to be able to vote in the Presidential Election. You may register at any City or Town Clerk's Office in Massachusetts (we will all be open until 8:00pm) and your registration will be forwarded to us. Mail in voter registration forms must be post marked by the deadline.
Absentee Ballots are now available for the Presidential Election. The deadline to apply for an absentee ballot is at 12:00 noon on November 3rd. You may apply in person or by mail. For more information, contact us or go to our voter information web page.
