Posting Meetings of Appointed/Elected Boards and Committees in Westford

  • Determine the date, time and location of your meeting.
  • Confirm with your board/committee members and the contact for the meeting venue.
  • Send a notice of your meeting to townclerk@westfordma.gov at least 48 hours prior to the meeting (includes Saturdays but not Sundays or holidays).
  • Use the following format:

        Committee name
        Date, time and location of meeting

  • Include an agenda if you have it.
  • Forward approved minutes of your meeting to townclerk@westfordma.gov as soon as they are available. Until those minutes are available, the clerk's notes or draft minutes are considered public record.
