The Town Manager acts as the agent for the Board of Selectmen and is the chief administrative officer of the Town. The Town Manager is responsible for preparation of the annual budget, negotiations of all employees contracts (except school employees), and maintenance of all town facilities (except school and library) and the day-to-day operations of the Town.
