33. Mill Pond Preservation Committee
Kinds of Records: Minutes and fundraising correspondence (raised money for 18 benches); Mrs. Hall has written a 2-page history of the organization, and has many photos of events, including the recent bench dedication and activities such as the planned "Bond with the Pond" day organized with Westford Academy. Condition: good Recommendations: The Club has photos of some events around Town, such as the Apple Blossom Festival. Most of the records relate to Club activities. Mr. Kenyon would be happy to donate these to an appropriate archive. Since the Club has approximately 50 members, if photo documentation is needed in Town, it might be worthwhile to contact Mr. Kenyon for help with specific projects. |
