Where can I find registration forms?
Registration forms are available on each Program's website, as well as on the Recreation Homepage under Recreation Documents. In addition, Registration forms are available at our office location.
How do I register?
In order to register, you must print and fill out the correct registration form for whichever program intended, and either mail it to the PO Box 2444 or bring to our office location.
How can I pay?
We only take cash or checks made out to the "Town of Westford".
Do you take credit cards?
Not yet! We will soon!
Do you take faxed registration forms?
No.
Do you take registration over the phone or can I hold a place over the phone until I can come into the office to pay?
No, we do not hold spots or take registration over the phone.
Who should I contact about billing?
For Recreation Programs (Kids Club, Pre-K Soccer/T-Ball, Puddlestompers, etc.) please contact Debbie Barry at the Recreation Office.
Can I use Recreation Programs for FlexPlan or claim it on my taxes?
Yes, it does qualify. Please contact our office for our Tax ID number as well as a receipt.
How long does it take to get a receipt I requested?
Up to one week, depending on how many programs you are enrolled in.
How long does it take to get a refund I have requested?
It may take up to 3 weeks to get a refund.
My child is not enrolled in WPC programs, can he/she still participate in the WPC Special Programs?
Yes! Any child can sign up for Special Programs offered through the WPC. Even non-residents can sign up for these programs with an additional $10.00 non-resident fee!
Do you send out confirmation of some sort after I've registered my child?
No. Due to the high-enrollment and amount of programs we offer, we cannot send out confirmation for every participant. Please consider yourself enrolled in the program you registered for unless otherwise notified.
