WPC Registration Forms for the next Session are generally made available to the public 1/2 way through the current Session.

Special Program Registration Forms are available at least 2 weeks prior to the program date. 

Make sure to give your child’s teacher a WPC Notification of Participation Form.pdf so they know he/she is in our program, before your child starts!
