Registration forms are DUE no later than 6:00pm on Thursday, April 17th!!!
LATE FORMS, IF ACCEPTED, WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $25.00 LATE FEE
Registration forms can be dropped off at your child's site or at the Recreation Department. If mailing, please send to PO Box 2444 Westford, MA 01886. If you cannot make it to our office by the time we close at 4:00pm, we have a drop-slot in the door at the Recreation Department.
