This is a FREE clinic to be held on the following date and location. No appointments are necessary.

Flu Shot: Ages 6 months and older, 65 yr. + bring Medicare card or Medicare HMO card
Pneumonia Shot: 65 yr +, high risk
Tetanus Shot: 18 yr and older
